The mathematical model of the maximum integrated operating income of the system, which is based on the installation of the compression chiller to decouple the system cooling and consider the influence of the time-sharing price on user's electrical habits. And the Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm (SFLA) is used to optimize the cooling load model after the user load response.
