Combined with the original quantitative information, the integrated decision will be made. This article uses the Delphi to solve the personal one-sidedness problem of expert judgments. The Grey Analytic Hierarchy Process (GAHP) is made up of AHP and grey statistics decision which can handle the uncertain grey factor. Delphi and GAHP are used to form a new comprehensive evaluation method. This new method is applied to make up the comprehensive evaluation index system of electric vehicle charging station hail and define indicators' weights. Based on this, the rationality comprehensive evaluation value of each optional hail will be defined and provide the basis for optimal decision of charging station locating. 摘要

运用层次分析法(AHP)的判断矩阵对各种定性因素进行量化。结合原有的定量信息,进行综合决策。本文采用德尔菲法来解决专家判断中的个人片面性问题。灰色层次分析法(GAHP)是由层次分析法和灰色统计决策相结合,能够处理不确定的灰色因素。采用德尔菲法和GAHP法,形成了一种新的综合评价方法。应用该方法构建了电动汽车充电站冰雹综合评价指标体系,并确定了指标权重。在此基础上,定义各可选冰雹的合理性综合评价值,为充电站选址的最优决策提供依据。实例表明,该方法具有较好的实用性。
