A strong point of the MSPSR is to select some signal sources, such as DTTB, FM, 3G/LTE and so on. Among them, the DTTB is the most expected promising source because it is always present and has relatively high output powers. In this study, we proposed the passive surveillance system employing the DTTB signal delays.
