摘要

体育教师的职责之一是教学生有效地执行运动技能,并在不同的体育活动中脱颖而出。然而,学生在执行复杂的运动技能时能力不同,如果执行错误通常会导致受伤。反馈是为了提高一个人的表现。本研究旨在探讨言语反馈和视频反馈对运动员抓斗起跳技术表现的影响。具体来说,它确定了口头视频反馈是否比口头反馈在提高运动技能方面更有效。40名参加游泳课的男生被分为两组。在两组的第一次表演后,A组得到口头反馈以提高表现,B组观看自己的视频片段并进行讨论。结果表明,言语反馈是提高学生运动技能的有效工具。然而,如果口头反馈与视频反馈相结合,效果会更好。通过适当的技术辅助运动技能的教学,使学生避免受伤,能够有效地处理运动技能表演中的错误,教师也能有效地利用时间引入新的运动学习。正常0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE /*样式定义*/表。mso-style-name:"Table Normal";mso-tstyle-rowband-size: 0;mso-tstyle-colband-size: 0;mso-style-noshow:是的;mso-style-priority: 99;mso-style-qformat:是的;mso-style-parent:“”;mso- font - family:宋体;mso-para-margin: 0;mso-para-margin-bottom: .0001pt;mso-pagination: widow-orphan;字体大小:11.0分;字体类型:“Calibri”、“无衬线”;mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri;mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin;mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;mso-bidi-font-family:宋体;mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;mso-ansi-language: EN-PH;}

Improving Diving Skill through Verbal Feedback and Video Feedback
One of the duties of a physical education instructor is to teach students perform motor skills efficiently and excel in different sports activities. However, students have different abilities in performing complex motor skills and usually result in injuries if the execution is incorrect. Feedback is given to improve one’s performance. This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of verbal feedback and video feedback in the performance of grab start diving skill. Specifically, it determined if verbal with video feedback is more effective than verbal feedback only in improving motor skill. Forty male students enrolled in swimming class were divided into two groups. After the first performance of two groups, group A was given verbal feedback to improve performance while group B viewed their own video clips and discussions were done. The results concurred that verbal feedback is an effective tool which contributes to the improvement of students’ motor skills. However, it is much effective if verbal feedback is combined with video feedback. Using an appropriate technology in aid of teaching motor skills, the students are prohibited in injuries, able to cope with mistakes efficiently in performing motor skills, and teachers manage to use time efficiently in introducing new motor learning.
