According to the remarkable feature of saving communication resource, event-triggered consensus control has been widely studied. This paper gives some researched event-triggered consensus controllers with different dynamics, and the corresponding trigger conditions. Then, through systematic analysis of the design of these consensus control methods, the idea of event-based consensus controller and the corresponding triggering conditions are revealed. Furthermore, consensus stability and Zeno behavior elimination methods are analyzed.
