Firstly, environmental data, physical sign, voice and facial expression data of the aged are collected. And then affective computing and data mining methods were used to these data, so as to find out the demand of the aged and provide them with smart care service. 摘要

近年来,人口老龄化的趋势给养老服务业带来了巨大的需求。同时,养老服务资源相对匮乏,已成为世界各国社会发展中的一个重要问题。为了提高老年人的服务质量,本文提出了基于情境感知的智能护理服务。首先,收集老年人的环境数据、肢体信号、语音和面部表情数据。然后利用情感计算和数据挖掘方法对这些数据进行处理,从而发现老年人的需求,为老年人提供智能护理服务。结果表明,该方法能有效地帮助老年人。
