摘要:本文采用层次全息建模(Hierarchical Holographic Modeling)进行风险建模。通过对“一带一路”沿线国家涉华舆情的案例研究，更全面地分析“一带一路”沿线国家涉华舆情的风险因素，并根据风险程度提出相应的对策，为各国更好地推进“一带一路”倡议提供更加科学有效的决策参考。
