Due to increase in the vehicle traffic, this needs to focus on better routing system in the vehicle movement with speed of transport and optimal routing area. This paper analyzed different optimization algorithm along with the hybrid optimization algorithm to solve this problem. There are several optimization algorithms are used to identify the optimal routing path for the vehicle movement based on the basic parameters such as the number of customers or users, number of vehicles that are allocated and the distance that the vehicles can travel. This also focused on the cost efficiency and the reduction of time complexities with relevant other parameters. The proposed hybridization of optimization algorithm involves the selection of best route and the coverage area with minimum number of vehicles and the best fitness value.
