It takes commitment to business processes to maintain consumer confidence in the business being run. This study aims to determine the satisfaction and loyalty of consumers of Banyuwangi Blend Arabica coffee in Banyuwangi. The population used in this study as many as 85 people are Banyuwangi Blend consumers at Kopine Cafe Banyuwangi. The results show that consumers are satisfied and loyal but need to improve related attributes to create higher satisfaction and loyalty. 摘要
