On this basis, a continuous two-way auction transaction mode and quotation strategy for local distributed energy are proposed. Finally, a park in northern my country is taken as an example to verify and the transaction settlement process is given. The analysis of the calculation example shows that the transaction method and quotation strategy adopted in this paper have better flexibility and reliability, and can be used for the realization of decentralized distributed distribution. 摘要

本文在售电侧自由化的背景下,针对分布式能源参与电力市场和直接与用户交易缺乏有效的途径和模型,建立了开放共享的储能云平台模型,提出了多agent共享的储能交易模型。在此基础上,提出了局部分布式能源的连续双向竞价交易模式和报价策略。最后以我国北部某园区为例进行验证,给出了交易结算流程。算例分析表明,本文采用的交易方法和报价策略具有较好的灵活性和可靠性,可用于实现分散式分布式配电。电力交易市场的运行提供了参考,具有优化电力资源配置的功能。
