蒙古面砖的原料资源较少,只有少数粘土矿床(2-3)位于远离主要消费者的地方。我国有几家单层面砖行业,很难生产出好的面砖材料。因此,我们利用简单的磨碎粘土、冶金矿山的副产品、石灰石和玻璃碎料进行了双层面砖技术的研究。研究出了一种制层色砖的工艺,确定了适合烧结深棕色和浅棕色的碱性配方和层色砖质量。提出了物质的颜色以自变色的方式或由表面和基层颜色的自变色结晶引起的假设;以异色或作为一种彩色成分的方式对矿物和材料的颜色产生直接影响。
