With this problem, a comprehensive optimization method is proposed with different equipment or subsystem of unit. During the process, the implementation sequence of each step of the optimization method is adjusted according to the functional attributes, such as the sequence from the logical structure to the device characteristic curve and then the CCS (Coordinate Control System) parameters. 摘要

抽汽会降低供热机组的变负荷能力,使其不能满足电网的要求。因此需要对机组进行改造以满足这一要求。但现有的各子系统的优化方法是相互孤立的,没有意识到子系统之间的关系。针对这一问题,提出了针对机组不同设备或子系统的综合优化方法。在此过程中,根据功能属性调整优化方法各步骤的执行顺序,如从逻辑结构到设备特性曲线再到CCS(坐标控制系统)参数的顺序。实际试验证明,该技术能有效提高变载能力,后续的技术推广也显示出其通用性。
