The greatest challenge that can be faced by power system designers is the setup process of power systems in critical sites. In the paper, a new kind of system models based a unique methodology is proposed. The proposed idea is identified by creating what is called “Human Made Waterfall System”. The waterfall is the phenomenon that allows the water to be streaming down from highest places. This idea was proposed in order to be applied on a specific critical site in Iraq identified by Altun-Kopru town due to the impairment the lead the proposed location to satisfy waterfall phenomenon concept and due to the necessity for electricity in some of the residential villages. The water of the river that streams throughout Altun-Kopru is proposed to be passed through a water channel in order to be falling on a “run olì river” hydro turbine allocated in the proposed village. In addition, the hydro turbine considerations were studied, to exhibit the impact of such considerations on both a hydro turbine model individually and on a hybrid system identified by hydro and solar system. Finally, a novel tank control system is designed in order to dominate water flow ratio by retaining tank water in a highest level.
