The concept of entrepreneurship is collaborative although interesting but not yet widely understood by business people in developing countries. The paper aims is to answer the research questions what determines collaborative entrepreneurship among small business in the Watu Wungkuk and Mranggon Lawang villages. This research uses a field research approach (qualitative research) in which researchers directly observe and participate in a small-scale social condition. Researchers also interact directly face to face with \"real people\" in a natural social order. The results showed that individual, community and institutional need to be incorporated in order to understand the concept among small business. When doing business individually, the small business gets less beneficial than doing business collaborative.
