The relationship between of human resource management (HRM) practices and employee retention is investigated in this study. This study also scrutinized the perceived supervisor support’s (PSS) moderating effect between HRM practices and employee retention. The data was collected from employees of textile industry using questionnaire. Results show significant relationship between HRM practices and employee retention. Except employee empowerment, PSS is also moderating between HRM practices and employee retention.
