Except employee empowerment, PSS is also moderating between HRM practices and employee retention. 摘要

如今,有效地管理人力资源是组织的首要任务。本研究探讨人力资源管理实务与员工保留的关系。本研究还考察了感知上司支持(PSS)在人力资源管理实践与员工保留之间的调节作用。采用问卷调查法对纺织企业员工进行调查。结果显示人力资源管理实践与员工保留之间存在显著的关系。除了员工授权,PSS在人力资源管理实践和员工保留之间也起到调节作用。组织应该实施这些人力资源实践,以保持员工对工作的积极性和积极性,这将减少员工流动率,并增加组织中熟练和积极的员工的保留率。
