In the process of using, the aged batteries reduce the battery endurance and cause an explosion. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate the state-of-health (SOH) and achieve battery equalization. This paper proposes a method for SOH estimations and balancing strategy based on balancing voltages and balancing current expectations. The real-time voltage differences are employed to get the balancing current expectations. In addition, the RMS of current can reach the current expectation by controlling the phase angle of hardware circuit, to realize the rapid convergence of battery voltage. With the ratio of cell-to-cell balancing current expectation, the SOH estimations of all cells within a series-connected battery pack can be obtained. 摘要

锂离子电池是目前最常用的储能工具。在使用过程中,老化的电池会降低电池的续航能力并引起爆炸。因此,有必要估计健康状态(SOH)并实现电池均衡。本文提出了一种基于平衡电压和平衡电流预期的SOH估计方法和平衡策略。利用实时电压差来获得期望平衡电流。另外,通过控制硬件电路的相位角,可以使电流的均方根值达到预期电流,实现电池电压的快速收敛。利用电池间平衡电流期望比,可以得到串联电池组内所有电池的SOH估计。结果表明,SOH估算的相对误差可以控制在2%以内,且估算时间较短。
