The implementation systems of technical diagnostics and monitoring allows to move from the regulatory type of maintenance, which takes a significant time of operating personnel to factual, which will reduce operating costs. Due to fact that maintenance by condition is reduce to a minimum interference in operation of railway automation and remote control, it is possible to reduce number so-called post-prevention failures. For ensuring continuity and safety transportation process system of power supply devices railway automatic equipment and telemechanics solve important and responsible problems from which it is possible to distinguish providing uninterrupted, that is continuous in time, power supply systems of railway automatic equipment and telemechanics and devices with quality of electric power, necessary for their reliable work. As constructive, circuit and technological capabilities of increase in reliability of systems are limited, a natural way of elimination of this shortcoming is development methods and control devices working capacity and search malfunctions of equipment. Thanks to the microprocessor systems introduced on Russian Railways opportunities for solution problems of diagnosing have extended.
