In blended learning, student satisfaction is regarded as a decisive factor in assessing whether blended learning courses are successful or not. This paper assesses the students' satisfaction with a blended English language learning course and with four groups of criteria, including course contents, teaching methods, exercises on LMS (Learning Management System), and assessment tasks. An online survey with 250 students from a Vietnamese university reveals that students have a high level of satisfaction with the course and other criteria. Furthermore, a strong linear relationship has been identified between the overall satisfaction of the whole course and the students’ progress after the course. 摘要

近年来,混合学习在越南高等教育中得到了广泛的应用。在混合学习中,学生满意度被视为衡量混合学习课程成功与否的决定性因素。本文从课程内容、教学方法、学习管理系统(LMS)练习和评估任务四组标准来评估学生对混合式英语学习课程的满意度。一项针对越南一所大学250名学生的在线调查显示,学生们对课程和其他标准的满意度很高。此外,整个课程的整体满意度与课程后学生的进步之间存在很强的线性关系。研究结果有望促进和改善越南大学的混合学习实践,对课程开发人员和其他利益相关者具有实际意义。
