In the experiment, at pH = 5.5, 7.0, 8.0, the activity of enzyme isoforms was determined using a phosphate-buffer system (1/15 M). The activity of isoforms of the peroxidase enzyme (by a method based on tyrosine peroxidation) was determined on dormant wheat grains (after ripening after harvesting) and germinated on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th days of germination. 摘要

在室内实验中,研究了不同生长生物制剂对休眠种子和萌发过程中过氧化物酶同工型活性的影响。在pH = 5.5、7.0、8.0的条件下,采用磷酸缓冲液(1/15 M)测定酶同工型的活性,并在萌发后第3、5、7天的休眠小麦籽粒(收获后成熟)上测定过氧化物酶同工型的活性(酪氨酸过氧化法)。研究结果表明,不同生物制剂(保护刺激复合物、Hardy、Ferovit和Ferovit + Hardy混合制剂)对春小麦过氧化物酶同工型活性的影响不同,其影响程度取决于其活性物质的制备形式。
