The laboratory test used the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy Analysis (FTIR) to prove that the brush used by food vendors contain an element of pig. About 72.1% of respondents' knowledge level is adequate and 69.1% of respondents' attitude level is good or positive. Spectroscopic analysis of FTIR-ATR showed that the results obtained did not indicate the presence of pig compounds in each brush sample. 摘要

随着印尼刷毛流通问题的增多,穆斯林群体在选择产品时需要谨慎。目的是了解食品摊贩使用材料刷的知识与态度之间的相关性。数据分析采用eta检验对数据进行比较分析。本研究的类型是描述定量与横断面方法。本研究的对象是茂物68名使用刷子的食品销售商。实验室测试使用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)来证明食品摊贩使用的刷子含有猪的元素。约有72.1%的受访者的知识水平是足够的,69.1%的受访者的态度水平是良好或积极的。FTIR-ATR的光谱分析结果表明,所获得的结果并未表明每个刷子样品中存在猪化合物。被调查者的知识水平大多处于适当的范畴,被调查者的态度水平大多处于良好的范畴。
