摘要

电压源型PWM逆变器的开关信号中所插入的死区时间使其输出失真。因此,实际基频电压和相位与参考值存在偏差。同时其输出的谐波也增加了。本文根据开关死区时间对逆变器输出端误差电压进行了数值分析。给出了基波电压增益和相位偏差的计算结果。

Analysis of the errors on the output voltage of inverter caused by switching dead times
The dead time which is inserted in switching signals of PWM voltage source inverters distorts its output.
