摘要

针对食品工程设备装配周期长、复杂性高、布局设计专业性强、成本消耗高等问题,本文以PET热灌装饮料生产线为研究对象,实现了全线虚拟装配技术的突破,涵盖了食品加工的均质、灭菌、灌装、包装、清洗消毒等关键设备。研究了食品生产工艺参数与设备使用参数的映射规律,优化了PET热灌装饮料的设备装配模型。同时,利用计算机三维图像的虚拟仿真技术,实现了PET热灌装饮料的虚拟装配系统,该系统具有区域设计、符合性验证和人流、料流交叉污染预判等功能。
