摘要

本文对D类音频放大器的互调失真进行了分析。设计了采用mosfet开关模式的D类音频放大器。放大系统包括一个调制器和一个输出低通滤波器。脉冲宽度调制和脉冲密度调制两种调制技术都用于驱动D类放大级。研究了开关频率对总二阶和三阶互调失真积的影响。结果表明,对于脉冲密度调制,总的互调失真保持在允许的范围内。
