Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of compensation, work ability and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu.\nThis study uses quantitative methods and data collection by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu collected as many as 50 people and sampling using the total sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 6.784 + 0.1,080 (X_1) + 0.319 (X2) + 0.482 (X3) .
