摘要

高等教育的质量主要取决于高校的教学水平。它不仅成为教师评价的重要组成部分,而且成为学院实现科学化管理的重要因素。提高教学质量是培养高层次人才的保证。本文运用层次分析法,根据影响教学质量的各种因素,构建了一个三级评价体系。然后通过对比矩阵结构计算出影响因子的权重。然后用权重来衡量教学质量,探讨如何建立有效的高校教学质量体系。
