In order, to improve the performance of PEM fuel cells under inputs variation, an efficient algorithm (Perturb and Observe) of the maximum power point tracking is applied to high step-up converter. This converter is used to boost the voltage level of PEMFC stack. Moreover, the commutation techniques based on Hall Effect sensors of BLDC motor drive is implemented.
