The results show that recovery voltage of temporary fault contains the components of power frequency and resonant frequency, while the recovery voltage of permanent fault only contains power frequency component. According to the different frequency characteristics of recovery voltage, a new method based on power spectrum to distinguish the temporary faults from permanent faults in EHV/UHV transmission lines is proposed. Using the distribution of spectral line nearby the power frequency in power spectrum, this method can distinguish the types of fault. The criterion which doesn't need high frequency contents is prone to set and realize. Simulations have been carried out by MATLAB/ SIMULINK and the power spectrums have been calculated. 摘要

当特高压/特高压输电线路发生单相接地故障时,故障类型的识别是单相自适应重合闸应用的保证。分析了带并联电抗器的超高压/特高压输电线路发生单相接地故障时恢复电压的特性。结果表明,暂时性故障的恢复电压包含工频和谐振频率分量,永久性故障的恢复电压只包含工频分量。根据恢复电压的不同频率特性,提出了一种基于功率谱的超高压/特高压输电线路临时故障与永久故障区分的新方法。该方法利用功率谱中工频附近谱线的分布,可以区分故障类型。不需要高频内容的判据易于设定和实现。利用MATLAB/ SIMULINK进行了仿真,并计算了功率谱。结果表明,该方法是准确可行的。
