The SCO University, BRICS UL and the BRICS Network University are important mechanisms for the multilateral cooperation between the SCO and the BRICS countries. They have their own development models and characteristics. A comparative study of SCO and BRICS university unions’ development models
There are three universities in which China and Russia participate as important member countries in the existing regional international education alliance.
