And person-job fit variable also has a fully mediating role in the relationship between job crafting and work engagement. The conclusion of this study is that the job resources owned by employees will balance the needs of workers and show a mediating effect so that employees can increase their involvement in work. Likewise, person job fit refers to the relationship between employee characteristics and job characteristics, which is a variable that can increase the job involvement of tour guides. 摘要

本研究以个人-工作契合度、工作资源及中介变量为研究对象,探讨工作制作对工作投入的影响。本研究的研究对象是印度尼西亚雅加达的一名导游,样本为125人。本研究于2020年1月初进行。我们采用方便抽样作为抽样技术。采用5级李克特量表来衡量受访者的态度。智能PLS(偏最小二乘法)对窗口进行处理,得到的结果与。研究表明,工作资源在工作构思和工作投入之间的关系中起着充分的中介作用。个人-工作契合变量在工作制作与工作投入的关系中也具有充分的中介作用。本研究的结论是,员工拥有的工作资源会平衡员工的需求,并表现出中介效应,从而提高员工的工作投入度。同样,人的工作契合度是指员工特征与工作特征之间的关系,这是一个可以增加导游工作投入的变量。本文描述了各种实际意义。
