Data analysis using an independent sample test with the help of the SPSS 22.0 program. The results of the study (1) passive static stretching effect on togok flexibility, the test results show the value of sig. 0.00 < 0.05. (2) practice PNF affects the flexibility of stakes. 摘要

灵活性是体育活动中一个重要的基本组成部分,它支持运动员达到最大的表现。本研究旨在确定:(1)被动静态拉伸对肩部柔韧性的影响;(2)本体感觉神经肌肉易化(Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, PNF)拉伸对肩部柔韧性的影响;(3)在拉伸和本体感觉神经肌肉易化(Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, PNF)拉伸中,确定哪种运动对肩部柔韧性更好。实验方法采用前测和后测设计。研究样本为泗水市西贝拉斯马雷特大学体育系体育教练教育研究项目的16名学生。研究数据采用坐伸试验获得。数据分析采用独立样本检验与SPSS 22.0程序的帮助。研究结果(1)被动静态拉伸对togok柔韧性的影响,检验结果显示值为sig. 0.00 < 0.05。(2)实践PNF影响桩的灵活性。研究结果表明,被动战术拉伸练习和PNF练习对增加柔韧性均有显著效果,但经验数据表明,PNF练习对增加柔韧性更有效。
