In this study, the method used is quantitative by using the explanotary reseach approaches. Respondents who used amounted to 32 people. For data collection using online questionnaire or google form with the size of the likert scale t to employees BAZNAS the Province of East Java and the test conducted using test instruments that test the validity and reliability. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. 摘要

摘要本研究的目的是观察动机(X1)和员工满意度(X2)对员工(Y)绩效的影响有多大,这是基于东爪哇省BAZNAS领域的差距。本研究采用解释性研究方法进行定量分析。使用的回答者达32人。使用在线问卷或谷歌表格收集数据,其规模为东爪哇省BAZNAS员工的李克特量表,并使用测试工具进行测试,以测试效度和信度。分析技术采用多元线性回归分析和假设检验。本研究的数据处理结果为动机显著影响员工绩效,其值为1% < 5%,tcount(2760) >表(2160),员工满意度显著影响员工绩效,其值为0% < 5%,tcount(4.856) >表(2160),R2结果为53.2%,其余46.8%受其他变量影响。
