The antenna consists of two superimposed radiating arms which can support two resonant modes by themselves. The frequency range of a resonant mode generated by one of the arm is arranged to differ a little with the corresponding mode of the other, at the fundamental and higher-order modes. As a result, the bandwidths at both of the resonant modes are significantly enhanced.
