The electrochemical corrosion insulators still satisfy transmission line's operation requirements. Meanwhile, contamination degree of electrochemical corrosion insulators whose surface is divided into three parts had been measured respectively. Measurement results indicate the contamination severity of electrochemical corrosion products accumulated area on ceramic insulators' surface is much heavier than other area, which indicates that ceramic insulators' gossans electromechanical corrosion would aggravate contamination accumulation. 摘要

楚遂直流输电线路是中国第一条±800kV输电线路。2011年3月,云南曲靖地区楚遂±800kV直流输电线路陶瓷绝缘子出现电化学腐蚀现象。腐蚀现象集中在v串绝缘子的负极性侧。本文介绍了陶瓷绝缘子电化学腐蚀的基本情况。为分析±800kV初穗输电线路电化学腐蚀陶瓷绝缘子的机电特性,在特高压工程技术国家工程实验室(昆明)进行了绝缘电阻试验、机电负荷破坏试验和自然污染闪络试验。试验结果表明,目前胶条的电化学腐蚀问题对绝缘子的力学和电气特性没有明显的影响。电化学腐蚀绝缘子仍能满足输电线路的运行要求。同时,对表面分为三部分的电化学腐蚀绝缘子的污染程度进行了测量。测量结果表明,陶瓷绝缘子表面电化学腐蚀产物积累区域的污染严重程度远大于其他区域,说明陶瓷绝缘子的蠕变机电腐蚀会加剧污染积累。有必要采取措施抑制陶瓷绝缘子的电化学腐蚀。
