摘要

随着国家“3060”战略的提出,分布式可再生能源以其优越的环保性被大量接入电网,同时也给电网带来了很大的波动性和随机性。为了合理响应分布式光伏并网带来的不确定性,同时考虑系统运行的环境效益,本文提出了一种面向多目标的综合能源系统光伏电站规划方法。通过建立光伏电站和综合能源系统模型,得到以经济和环保为目标的光伏电站选址策略。
