摘要
对急性冠状动脉综合征高危患者行主动脉内球囊泵辅助冠状动脉搭桥的晚期结局进行文献分析。检索MEDLINE、EMBASE、Scopus、The Benchmark counterpulse Outcomes Registry、Cochrane Registry of Controlled Trials及相关文献的参考文献列表。手术结果匹配:1)合适的手术选择和手术时间;2).患者的初始风险概况;3)策略策略，IABP连接时机;4)院内主要风险预测因素及手术后期结果。
