The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The processing method uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The informants in this study were the head of the library, the head of the service sector, and the head of the IT department. 摘要

本文以廖内大学图书馆技术实施单位(UPT)为例,研究新常态下高校图书馆服务战略。本研究旨在探讨新常态下廖内大学图书馆技术实施单位(UPT)所采取的服务策略。在本研究中使用的方法是定性与描述性的方法。处理方法使用数据简化、数据表示和结论。在这项研究中,被调查者分别是图书馆的负责人、服务部门的负责人和IT部门的负责人。本研究的结果是廖内大学图书馆采取了几项策略,即必须加快数字图书馆的发展,并增加配套应用程序,以确保信息顺利分发给用户。
