摘要

为了防止基于mpeg的应用由于错误传播导致解码失败,本文对SCTP协议的多流机制进行了改进,提出了一种可以根据单个帧的服务质量需求动态调整传输策略的传输控制方法。仿真结果表明,该方案可以通过改进的SCTP多流机制提高基于mpeg的视频流的性能。

Improving performance of MPEG-based stream by SCTP multi-streaming mechanism
