Due to the existence of several ways to implement a specific project management plan, and here it is the responsibility of the project manager to find the appropriate approach to managing the proposed project in a way its implementation. This depends on the manager’s flexibility in accepting work under several different frameworks and approaches. The difficulty here it is complemented when the project manager is unable to adapt to work with different approaches.
