It shows that the ring laser has two emission characteristic spectrums, a single mode emission at 652.86nm and a multi-modes emission at around 652.24nm by injection current of 70mA. Results of light-injection current measurements are presented to reveal the mechanism of modes hopping of laser outputs due to interaction between these two resonators.
