The described approach is based on the use of two methods. The first method is based on identifying subjects of documents, appeals and proposals received in the information system and devoted to issues related to the functioning of the information system. The second method is to design an analysis of the structure of the document. The developed approach allows to identify the matters of incoming documents, appeals and proposals on issues related to the quality of the functioning of the information system.
