The main material of the research consists of the data collected by means of an online survey conducted on the consumers (n=1945) living in Türkiye. The data obtained were used to present their socio-demographic structure with frequency distributions. In addition, a chi square test was conducted to analyze the relationship between their opinions on agricultural and food products sectors during and post pandemic and their demographic characteristics. 5-point Likert scale was employed to demonstrate their attitudes and opinions. According to the results of the research, consumers strongly agreed that agricultural and food products’ prices had increased during the pandemic. 61.9% of the consumers strongly agreed that agricultural and food products’ prices had increased during the pandemic. 60.5% of the consumers indicated they wanted to live in a rural area during the pandemic. The relationship between consumers’ opinions on agricultural and food sectors and most socio-demographic characteristics was found to be significant for the period of pandemic and thereafter. 摘要
