摘要

研究了微带线逐步非均质化的电磁特性。分析了频率选择超高频器件的控制方法。提出了基于非均质微带线的可控选频器件的两种结构,分别采用谐振频率进行机电控制和光学控制。最后给出了实验研究的结果。在此基础上,展望了利用这种结构制造导频选择微波器件的前景。
