The operating conditions are key contributions to obtain the high syngas qualification and high ratio of the replaceable syngas fuel in the diesel-syngas engine. This paper presents the effect of air velocity (from 2.0 to 8.0 cm/s), bulk density (from 92.31 to 122.55 kg/m3), and moisture of rice husk (from 4.0 to 13.0 %) on the replaceable diesel oil ratio and power capacity of the dual-fuel diesel engine RV-125N, using the downdraft gasifier. The obtained results indicate that at the moisture of 4.3 % of rice husk, the bulk density of 101.86 kg/m3, and the air velocity of 6.0 cm/s, the power capacity can reach 1.41 kW and the replaceable diesel oil ratio was over 60 %. 摘要

越南湄公河三角洲盛产稻壳,稻壳可作为可再生能源发电。稻壳气化产生的合成气也可以供应给双燃料柴油机,节省了油耗。运行工况是柴油-合成气发动机获得高合成气合格率和高可替代合成气燃料比率的关键因素。本文研究了风速(2.0 ~ 8.0 cm/s)、容重(92.31 ~ 122.55 kg/m3)、稻壳水分(4.0 ~ 13.0%)对RV-125N双燃料柴油机下吸式气化炉可更换柴油比和功率容量的影响。结果表明,在稻壳含水量为4.3%、容重为101.86 kg/m3、风速为6.0 cm/s的条件下,发电容量可达1.41 kW,柴油替代率可达60%以上。考虑到稻壳含水率为4.3%(收货),可提高柴油容量,且柴油的可替换性没有显著降低。
