It is a follow-up to current knowledge about circadian rhythms with the addition of the observation and analysis of changes in skin conductivity during the day. In humans, the electrodermal activity of the skin changes during the day, not only due to the circadian rhythm but also depending on the quality and quantity of emotions experienced, as well as the intensity of eustress and distress. The Sensetio method is based on specialized software, which uses the Sensetio bracelet to measure galvanic skin response, heart rate, heart rate variability, temperature and movement, and subsequently does a statistical analysis of the measured data. It is known that many people are not able to listen to their body, do not respect its needs and are forcing themselves to perform by using various stimulants even during a time when rest would be more desirable for them.
