Activation of the most important enzymes of the pentose-phosphate cycle (glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and transketolase) which is clearly pronounced on the fifth day is observed in the mentioned sections. 在犬左冠状动脉前降支结扎所致实验性心肌梗死的情况下,急性心肌梗死发生后第1天和第5天,皮质、小脑和长髓线粒体α -酮戊二酸脱氢酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性下降最为剧烈。戊糖-磷酸循环中最重要的酶(葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶和转酮醇酶)在第五天明显激活,在上述章节中观察到。笔者认为上述酶活性的变化是由于脑缺氧引起的,这可能是本病下中枢神经系统功能紊乱的主要原因。
