摘要

对30例原发性高血压患者分别采用安慰剂、单药肼、品多洛尔(visksamuin)联合肼治疗。与安慰剂相比,海拉嗪能显著降低血压,增加脉搏率;心悸是一种令人恼火的副作用。联合使用肼嗪和品多洛可使血压进一步下降(2 p < 0.001),脉搏率下降(2 p < 0.001)。联合用药对心悸、心绞痛也有较好的治疗效果。
