Accurate evaluation of the innovation and entrepreneurship system in the context of \"Internet Plus\" is the basic guarantee for its development. Firstly, based on the actual research results, this paper constructs the resource evaluation index system with material resources, human resources, financial resources, resource allocation of service system and incubation service effect as the core. After obtaining the relevant data of each index, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method were used to assign subjective weight and objective weight to each index respectively. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation index is calculated based on the comprehensive weight, and the level of innovation and entrepreneurship space resources of Internet Plus is evaluated. The method proposed in this paper is used to evaluate object resources. The results show that the evaluation system can accurately evaluate the resource status of the research object.
