摘要

本研究旨在研究Covid-19期间帝力酒店业工作不安全感和工作敬业度对工作绩效的影响。研究还考察了工作投入对工作不安全感与工作绩效关系的中介作用。选取272名酒店从业人员作为样本,采用SMART-PLS 3.0对假设进行检验。结果表明,工作不安全感和工作敬业度对工作绩效有显著影响,而工作敬业度在工作不安全感与工作绩效的关系中起重要中介作用。本研究丰富了工作不安全感、工作投入与工作绩效的理论内涵。本研究也为酒店管理者在新冠疫情期间调整策略以留住员工提供了实践启示。
