Based on the situation of distributed power generation user in Liaoning, the cause of why distributed power generation accuracy is low is found out, the influence factors of power generation accuracy are demonstrated and the measurement method of low voltage distributed photovoltaic power generation are further analyzed. The main reasons of distributed power generation accuracy are the a long time of troubleshooting cycle on field, the data transmission rate is slow, and the marketing system file lags behind. Aiming at these problems, the marketing system “triple” regulatory function is added, the relay communication technology is applied, and file key link “three synchronous” control mechanism is established to make a new measurement method. 摘要

随着负荷的快速增长和电力市场化的逐步实施,传统的集中式发电方式逐渐暴露出投资大、建设周期长、调整不灵活、事故率高等缺点。为了解决这些问题,分布式发电受到了广泛的关注。结合辽宁省分布式发电用户的实际情况,找出了分布式发电精度低的原因,论证了影响发电精度的因素,并进一步分析了低压分布式光伏发电的测量方法。分布式发电精度不高的主要原因是现场故障排除周期长、数据传输速率慢、营销系统文件滞后。针对这些问题,增加营销系统“三重”监管功能,应用中继通信技术,建立文件关键环节“三同步”控制机制,做出新的测量方法。经过大量的实际应用,成功地提高了光伏发电的精度,从而大大提高了分布式发电的精度。
