摘要

近年来,智能船舶已成为国际海事领域的新热点。VDES作为下一代海上专用移动通信系统,可以满足智能船舶的通信需求。根据VDES协议栈,分析了VDES数据链路层的功能,设计了VDES链路层协议信令过程及其接口,并利用C语言在Linux平台上开发了VDES链路层功能。建立了VDES DLL协议的测试环境,验证了该协议的可行性。该协议的设计与实现为智能船舶的通信提供了可靠的传输方式,并为VDES系统的开发提供了参考。
